Self Esteem

Performance encapsulates areas such as motivation, public speaking, career progression, sports or arts performances, or worry about saying the wrong thing in social settings. There are many tools that can lift our approach to performance and results. 

Confidence

Self-confidence measures our belief in our own abilities, whereas self-esteem relates to how we feel about ourselves. We may lack motivation, avoid or procrastinate for fear of failure, or feel like we 'hold back' in certain situations.
